Retro Vibe

This is a great story about the creation of an interior design for an apartment for rent. The so-called smart apartment from the developer has turned into a real well-thought-out and functional living space. We managed to anticipate all the scenarios and combinations in this apartment by future residents and create the necessary comfort and homely atmosphere for them.

Thanks to the high ceilings (4.5 m), we were able to turn the original 18 sqm into 30 sqm by adding a second level in the form of a mezzanine. Thus, we unloaded the space by moving the sleeping area, dressing room and shower room to the top. On the ground floor, we still have an entrance area (where the laundry room and utility block are hidden), a wardrobe for outerwear and storage, a kitchen and living room area with a large dining table. The feature of this apartment is the guest bathroom on the ground floor.

We used every square metre of the apartment rationally and tried not to overload it, both functionally and stylistically. Given that this apartment was being prepared for rent, we chose the most neutral stylistic and colour palette, adding only a few basic materials in the decoration and decor. The emerald sofa dilutes and draws attention to itself, acting as the main element in the overall space, but at the same time maintaining balance and calmness.
