Smart Design
Are you planning to control the design and implementation of the project by yourself?
This service will be perfect for you as an assistant who will help you communicate with builders and contractors, calculate the planned budget for the project and renovation work without any problems.
1
Introductory meeting
Meeting, discussing your preferences, project scope, and design deadlines, and estimating the expected budget for implementation.
Signing a contract.
2
Technical task
Measurements, photo and video capture of the space. Drawing up a detailed technical specification (filling out our design brief), in which we record your wishes regarding the configuration of each room, functional areas, interior style, finishing materials and the overall design budget.
3
Planning solutions
Following all the necessary data, we begin to develop planning solutions (3-5 options) by the specification and ergonomic standards. Discussing all examples and making the necessary adjustments to the final version. Approval of the layout that fully meets your wishes.
4
Concept creation
During this stage, we discuss references, color and stylistic preferences. We approve the furniture, lighting, and finishing materials for the collages. We transfer all the selected items to the scene and make final adjustments to the project.
5
Work documentation
Following the approved layout, concept and equipment selection, a full set of drawings is prepared (measurement plan, furniture and equipment layout plan, dismantling plan, installation plan, floor plan, underfloor heating plan, doorway filling plan, ceiling plan, lighting plan, switch layout plan with grouping, plan of sockets and electrical outlets, plan of plumbing equipment connections, plan of plumbing equipment placement, plan of air conditioning placement, junction points and sections, and layouts of all rooms) and specifications (for finishing materials, plumbing equipment, lighting, and finished furniture positions). It is possible to integrate engineering projects performed by contractors.
